He was to get married on December of that year and he invited me to the ceremony in Singapore where he lived. His wife, Erika, is Singaporean. If statuesque, lanky, chic, sensitive and heterosexual could be lumped together to describe a man then these would mark his embodiment. &#x3C;/p&#x3E; &#x3C;p&#x3E;Michael left Australia in July of 2004...never to return.
